Google Ads management

Clicks are easy to buy. We are paid to buy customers.

Most accounts do not fail because the budget is too small. They fail because nobody tracks what actually converts, so the money keeps flowing to searches that were never going to buy. We fix that first, then scale what works.

Already running ads? We will show you exactly where the wasted spend is before you pay us anything. First reply within one working hour.

  • Your account, your card, your data We never run your ads inside our own account. You keep everything if you leave.
  • No markup on your ad spend You pay Google directly. Our fee is separate and visible, not hidden inside the budget.
  • Tracking before spending Calls, forms and sales measured properly first — otherwise every later decision is a guess.

Google Ads management at a glance

What it is
Setup and ongoing management of paid campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Demand Gen — including conversion tracking, keyword and audience strategy, ad copy, bidding and landing page improvements.
Who it suits
Businesses that need enquiries now rather than in six months, companies whose existing account spends money without producing leads, and ecommerce brands that want Shopping and Performance Max run by someone watching the search terms.
When results show
First clicks and enquiries within days of launch. A stable, predictable cost per lead usually takes six to eight weeks, because campaigns need conversion data before bidding can be trusted.
What is not included
Your ad spend, which is paid directly to Google on your own card. Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn ads are separate. We also will not promise a fixed cost per lead before seeing a single day of your data.
Pricing model
A monthly management fee, quoted as a flat amount or a percentage of spend depending on account size, plus a one-time build fee for new accounts. No commission on your budget, and no incentive for us to push you to spend more.
Minimum budget
Around ₹30,000 a month in ad spend for most local businesses. Below that there is rarely enough data for the algorithm to learn, and management fees eat too much of the budget to be worth it.
Where we work
India nationwide, plus clients in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia and Canada.

Six jobs. Only one of them is writing ads.

Google will happily spend your budget without any of this. The difference between an account that drains money and one that prints leads lives almost entirely in the unglamorous five.

Conversion tracking, done properly

Form submissions, phone calls, WhatsApp clicks and actual sales — each tracked separately and valued differently. Without this, Google optimises toward whoever clicks, not whoever buys.

Keywords and search intent

Terms that signal someone is ready to hire or buy, kept apart from research traffic. Match types chosen deliberately, and a negative keyword list that starts on day one instead of after you complain.

Ads that pre-qualify

Copy that states your price band, your area and who you are not for, so the wrong people scroll past. A slightly lower click rate and a much lower cost per enquiry is a trade worth making.

Landing pages that convert

Sending paid traffic to a homepage wastes most of it. We build or fix the page behind the ad so the offer, the proof and the form match what the person just searched for.

Bidding, budget and campaign mix

Which campaign type earns your money — Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube — and when to switch bidding to automation. Automation works well, but only once it has clean conversion data to learn from.

Killing wasted spend, every week

Search term reviews, placement exclusions, device and location adjustments, and pausing what does not pay. This is the recurring work that separates management from monitoring.

What we usually find in an existing account — and what we will not do to yours.

If you are already running ads, there is a good chance at least three of these are true right now.

The five most common money leaks

  • Conversions counted wrong — page views or clicks logged as leads, so the numbers look great and the phone stays quiet
  • No negative keywords, so you pay for "free", "jobs", "salary" and your own competitors
  • Performance Max left on default, quietly spending most of the budget on cheap Display placements
  • All traffic pointed at the homepage instead of a page about the thing they searched
  • Broad match with automated bidding switched on before there was any data to learn from

Things we will not do

  • Run your ads from our own account so you cannot take the history with you
  • Take a hidden cut of your ad budget, which rewards us for spending more of it
  • Promise a cost per lead before we have seen a single day of your real data
  • Report impressions and clicks while going quiet about enquiries
  • Keep a campaign alive because it makes our fee look justified

What the first ninety days look like.

Ads produce traffic almost immediately. Producing it profitably takes a few weeks of data, and anyone who tells you otherwise has not run a real account.

  • Week 1 Build and track

Account structured, tracking installed and tested with real submissions, landing page readied. Nothing goes live until a conversion can be counted correctly.

  • Weeks 2–4 Launch and prune

Enquiries start arriving. Cost per lead is at its highest here while we cut the searches, placements and times of day that do not pay.

  • Months 2–3 Cost per lead falls

Enough conversion data exists for smart bidding to work. Budget shifts toward the campaigns and keywords that produce actual customers.

  • Month 4+ Scale what pays

Once a lead has a reliable price, spending more becomes an arithmetic decision rather than a gamble. We expand into new keywords, areas or campaign types from there.

Lead quality matters more than lead count, so tell us which enquiries actually became customers. That feedback goes back into the bidding and is the single fastest way to improve an account.

Three levels, matched to your budget.

Management effort should scale with what is at stake. A ₹40,000 local account does not need the same hours as a ₹5 lakh ecommerce account, and should not be charged like one.

How we run an account.

Four stages. You approve the budget and the ads before anything spends a rupee.

  1. 01

    Review and plan

If you already advertise, we go through the account and show you where the waste is. If you do not, we research what your market costs per click and what a lead is realistically worth to you. Either way you get a written plan with the budget, the campaigns and the target cost per enquiry.

    3–5 days
  2. 02

Build the account and the tracking

Campaigns, keywords, negatives, ads and extensions built out. Conversion tracking installed and tested with real form fills and real calls, because a launch on broken tracking is a month of wasted budget you cannot recover.

    5–7 days
  3. 03

    Launch, then cut hard

Ads go live and the pruning begins. Search terms reviewed, losing keywords paused, locations and schedules adjusted, ad copy tested. Most of the cost per lead improvement happens in this stage.

    Weeks 2–6
  4. 04

    Report and scale

A monthly report in money, not metrics: leads, cost per lead, what changed and what we are doing next. When a lead has a reliable price and you want more, we scale — and we will tell you when spending more would stop paying.

    Every month

Straight answers to what people ask first.

How much should I spend on Google Ads to start?

Work backwards from a lead, not forwards from a budget. If clicks in your industry cost ₹40 and roughly one in twenty visitors enquires, a lead costs about ₹800 — so a target of twenty leads a month needs around ₹16,000 in clicks, plus room for the learning period. Most local businesses land between ₹30,000 and ₹75,000 a month. Below about ₹20,000, campaigns gather data too slowly to optimise properly.

Google Ads or SEO — which should I do first?

Ads if you need enquiries this month, SEO if you want a channel that gets cheaper over time. Ads also answer a question SEO cannot answer quickly: which keywords actually convert. Running ads for a few months tells you exactly which terms are worth building SEO pages around, which is why doing both in sequence usually beats choosing one.

I get clicks but no enquiries. What is wrong?

Almost always one of three things. The keywords are attracting researchers rather than buyers. The landing page does not match what was searched, so the visitor leaves in seconds. Or the enquiries are arriving and not being counted because tracking is broken — which is more common than people expect. The account data tells us which within an hour of getting access.

Should I just let Google automate everything?

Automation is genuinely good now, but it optimises toward whatever you tell it a conversion is. Feed it bad conversion data and it will efficiently buy you worthless leads. Smart bidding and Performance Max work well once tracking is accurate, spend is sufficient and exclusions are set — which is why the setup work matters more in the automated era, not less.

Frequently asked questions.

What do you charge to manage Google Ads?

A monthly management fee plus a one-time build fee for new accounts. For smaller budgets the fee is a flat monthly amount; for larger accounts it is usually a percentage of spend, because the work genuinely scales. You get the number in writing before you commit, and it is quoted separately from your ad budget so you always know what you are paying us versus Google.

Do you take a commission from my ad budget?

No. You pay Google directly on your own card and see every rupee in your own billing section. Agencies that buy media on your behalf and bill you a combined number have a quiet incentive to increase your spend, and you cannot audit what they actually paid. Keeping the two separate removes that problem entirely.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. The account is created under your business with you as owner, and we are added as a manager, which you can remove in two clicks. All the conversion history stays with you if you leave — and that history is valuable, because a new agency inheriting a trained account starts far ahead of one starting from zero.

Is there a minimum contract?

Three months, then month to month with thirty days' notice. The first month is largely build and learning, and judging an account before it has conversion data is judging noise. After three months you have real numbers, and staying should be a decision you make on those numbers.

Will you fix my landing page, or do I need a developer?

We handle it. Paid traffic and the page it lands on are one system, and splitting them across two vendors is how accounts stall. If your site is on WordPress we work inside it; if it is on something we cannot touch, we build a standalone landing page instead. Either way, the page is yours.

What about competitors clicking my ads?

Google filters most invalid clicks automatically and credits them back, and you can see this in your own reports. Genuine click fraud is far rarer than the panic around it suggests — in most accounts the real money leak is irrelevant search terms, not sabotage. Where a pattern does appear, IP exclusions and placement filters handle it.

Do you run Meta, Instagram or LinkedIn ads too?

Google is what this page covers, and it is where buying intent lives. We do run Meta campaigns for clients where it suits the product, usually alongside Google rather than instead of it. If social ads are genuinely the wrong channel for what you sell, we will tell you that rather than take the budget.

Can you take over an existing account instead of starting fresh?

Usually yes, and usually we should — the conversion history has real value. We restructure rather than rebuild wherever the data is worth keeping. A fresh start only makes sense when tracking has been wrong for so long that the account has learned the wrong lessons, and we will explain the reasoning before doing it.

How do payments work?

Our fee is billed monthly in advance. Indian clients pay by UPI or bank transfer with a GST invoice; overseas clients pay by international transfer or card in USD, GBP or AED. Your ad spend is charged separately by Google to your own card or account.

Send us your account. We will show you where the money is going.

A real review by a person: wasted search terms, tracking errors, the campaigns quietly eating your budget and what a lead should actually cost you. Free, yours to keep, and useful even if you hand it to another agency. Not advertising yet? Tell us what you sell and we will tell you what to expect.
