Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram
Nobody was looking for you. The ad has to earn the scroll.
On Google, people are already searching. On Instagram they are not — which means the creative is the strategy. We build ads people stop for, test them properly, and replace them before they burn out.
Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Reels, run from your own Business Manager. First reply within one working hour.
- New creative every month Meta ads die of fatigue, not bad targeting. Fresh angles ship before performance drops.
- Your Business Manager, your pixel All the audience and conversion history stays with you if you ever leave.
- Lead quality, not lead count Instant forms are easy to flood with junk. We build in qualifying steps from day one.
Meta Ads management at a glance
- What it is
- Paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Messenger, WhatsApp and Audience Network — including creative production, Pixel and Conversions API setup, audience structure, lead forms or landing pages, retargeting and ongoing creative testing.
- Who it suits
- Businesses whose customers do not search for them yet: visual products, new categories, ecommerce, clinics, education, real estate, events and D2C brands. Also strong for retargeting people who already visited your site.
- When results show
- First leads or sales usually within the first week. A workable cost per result typically takes three to six weeks, because it depends on finding a creative angle that works, not just on settings.
- What is not included
- Your ad spend, paid directly to Meta from your own account. Organic posting, follower growth and community management are a separate service. Google Ads is separate too.
- Pricing model
- A monthly management fee plus creative production, quoted separately from ad spend. No commission on your budget, so there is no incentive for us to push it higher.
- Minimum budget
- Around ₹25,000 a month in ad spend. Meta needs roughly fifty conversions a week per campaign to optimise well, so very small budgets stay stuck in the learning phase and never stabilise.
- Where we work
- India nationwide, plus clients in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia and Canada.
Creative is most of the job. Everything else supports it.
Meta's algorithm now finds the right people on its own, provided you feed it something worth showing them and tell it truthfully what a good outcome looks like. Those two things are the work.
Creative built for the feed
Vertical video, Reels cuts, static and carousel — made to stop a thumb in the first second, not repurposed from a brochure. Shot from your product, your team or your customers, whichever you have.
Angle and offer testing
The same product sells at very different costs depending on the hook: price, speed, fear, proof, transformation. We test angles against each other instead of testing button colours.
Pixel and Conversions API
Browser tracking alone misses a large share of conversions after iOS privacy changes. Server-side tracking through the Conversions API restores the signal Meta needs to find more buyers.
Audience structure that lets it learn
Broad targeting with Advantage+ where it works, custom and lookalike audiences where it does not. Slicing the audience too thin starves the algorithm and raises your costs.
Retargeting that does not repeat
Different messages for people who watched the video, visited the page and abandoned the cart. The warm audience is where most of the profit sits, and where most accounts just show the same ad again.
Lead quality control
Qualifying questions, higher-intent form settings, click-to-WhatsApp where it suits, and a feedback loop from your sales team so Meta learns which leads actually turned into customers.
Why most Meta accounts stop working — and what we will not do to yours.
Almost every underperforming account we open has at least three of these.
The five usual reasons
- Creative fatigue. The same ad has run for months, the audience has seen it six times, and costs climb every week
- Boosted posts from the app instead of real campaigns, with no conversion objective and no tracking
- Instant forms with no qualifying question, producing cheap leads who never answer the phone
- Pixel only, no Conversions API — so Meta cannot see most of what it achieved and optimises blind
- Budget split across eight tiny ad sets, none of which ever exits the learning phase
Things we will not do
- Run your ads from our Business Manager, so the pixel data leaves with us
- Take a hidden cut of your ad budget
- Buy followers, likes or engagement — none of it sells anything
- Report reach and impressions while going quiet about leads and sales
- Leave one winning ad running until it dies, then blame the algorithm
What the first ninety days look like.
Meta rewards volume of good attempts. The first month is about finding which angle works; everything after that is about scaling it and replacing it before it tires.
-
Week 1
Build and shoot
Business Manager, Pixel and Conversions API set up and tested. First batch of creative produced across three or four different angles.
-
Weeks 2–4
Test and kill
Angles run against each other. Most lose, which is the point. Losers are cut quickly and budget moves to whatever the audience actually responds to.
-
Months 2–3
Scale the winner
The working angle gets more budget and more variations, retargeting is layered in, and cost per result settles into a range you can plan around.
-
Month 4+
Keep the machine fed
New creative ships on a schedule, before fatigue shows in the numbers. This is the habit that separates accounts that last from accounts that spike and die.
Tell us which leads became customers. Meta optimises toward whatever you define as success, so feeding real sales data back is the fastest way to improve lead quality.
Three levels, and the difference is mostly creative volume.
More budget needs more ads, not more settings. That is why the packages step up on creative output rather than on the number of campaigns.
| What you get | Starter | Growth | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Local businesses and clinics testing paid social for the first time. | Brands with a proven offer that need consistent leads or sales. | Ecommerce and D2C brands spending seriously and scaling hard. |
| Suited ad spend | ₹25,000 – ₹75,000 per month. | ₹75,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month. | ₹3,00,000 and above. |
| Creative per month | 4–6 statics and one video edit. | 10–15 assets including Reels-style video. | 20+ assets with a planned testing calendar. |
| Campaigns | One conversion campaign plus basic retargeting. | Prospecting, retargeting and Advantage+ where it fits. | Full funnel, catalogue sales and structured scaling. |
| Tracking | Pixel plus standard events. | Pixel and Conversions API with lead quality feedback. | Server-side tracking with offline and revenue data. |
| Destination | Instant form or your existing page. | Dedicated landing page built and iterated. | Multiple pages with ongoing testing. |
| Reporting | Monthly report on leads and cost per result. | Live dashboard, monthly report and a call. | All of Growth, plus ROAS reporting and a quarterly plan. |
Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to Meta. Our fee is quoted separately after a look at your account or your product — which costs you nothing.
How we run an account.
Four stages. You see every ad before it goes live.
-
01
3–5 days
Review and plan
Your product, your margins, who already buys and why they chose you. If an account exists, we go through what has been spent and what it produced. You get a written plan with the budget, the angles we will test and the cost per result we are aiming for.
-
02
5–8 days
Set up tracking and make the creative
Business Manager, Pixel and Conversions API configured and verified with real test events. In parallel we write and produce the first batch of ads, built around different angles rather than different crops of one idea.
-
03
Weeks 2–6
Launch, test, cut
Everything runs, and most of it is switched off. We read the numbers that matter — hook rate, cost per result, lead quality — and concentrate budget on what works instead of defending what we made.
-
04
Every month
Scale and refresh
Winning angles get more budget and more variations, new creative ships monthly before fatigue sets in, and you get a report in leads and revenue rather than reach and impressions.
Straight answers to what people ask first.
Meta Ads or Google Ads — which should I run?
Google captures demand that already exists; Meta creates demand among people who were not looking. If customers actively search for what you sell, start with Google. If your product is visual, impulse-driven, or so new that nobody searches for it yet, Meta is usually cheaper per customer. Businesses with both running typically find Meta fills the top of the funnel and Google closes it.
My leads are cheap but terrible. Why?
Usually the form is too easy. Instant forms with pre-filled details produce a lot of accidental submissions, and Meta faithfully optimises toward more of them because that is what you told it to want. Adding a qualifying question, switching the form to higher intent, or sending traffic to a landing page instead all raise cost per lead and lower cost per customer, which is the trade that matters.
My ads worked for two months and then stopped. What happened?
Almost always creative fatigue. Your audience is finite, and once people have seen the same ad several times, both response and delivery drop while costs rise. The fix is new creative, not new targeting — the targeting was never the problem. This is why we ship fresh ads every month rather than waiting for performance to fall off.
Does boosting a post from the app work?
Rarely, for anything beyond visibility. Boosting optimises for engagement, uses a limited set of controls and often has no conversion tracking attached, so you get likes from people who were never going to buy. The same money spent through a properly structured conversion campaign is usually several times more productive.
Frequently asked questions.
What do you charge to manage Meta Ads?
A monthly management fee plus creative production, quoted after we see your product and the level of creative output you need. Smaller accounts pay a flat monthly fee; larger ones are usually a percentage of spend, because the creative volume scales with the budget. The fee is separate from your ad spend and stated in writing before you commit.
Do you make the videos and images, or do I have to supply them?
We make them. Scripts, edits, statics and Reels-style video are part of the service. What helps enormously is raw material from you — product footage, the workshop, the team, a customer willing to speak on camera. Ads made from real footage almost always beat polished stock, and for many businesses a phone video shot well outperforms an expensive production.
Who owns the ad account and the pixel data?
You do. Everything runs inside your Business Manager with you as owner and us added as a partner you can remove at any time. The pixel, the custom audiences and the conversion history stay with you, which matters more than people realise — that data is what makes your next campaigns cheaper.
Do you take a commission from my ad budget?
No. You pay Meta directly from your own account and see every charge in your own billing section. Agencies that bill spend and fee as one number have a quiet incentive to increase the budget, and you have no way to verify what was actually spent.
Do you run click-to-WhatsApp campaigns?
Yes, and for many Indian businesses they outperform form campaigns because the conversation starts immediately in a place the customer already uses. They work best when someone is genuinely available to reply quickly — a WhatsApp lead that waits four hours is usually a lost one. We will set up the campaign and the greeting flow, but the answering speed has to come from your side.
Do you also handle organic posting and my Instagram page?
That is a separate service. Ads and organic content serve different jobs, and bundling them tends to mean one gets neglected. That said, a page that looks abandoned does hurt ad performance, because people check it before they enquire, so we will tell you the minimum your page needs to support the ads.
What if my ad account gets restricted?
It happens, often for reasons that have nothing to do with wrongdoing, and it is usually resolved through the review process within a few days. We keep your setup compliant with Meta's policies from the start — particularly around health, finance and employment claims, which trigger most restrictions — and we handle the appeal when one occurs. Running inside your own Business Manager also means a restriction on one asset does not take down everything.
Is there a minimum contract?
Three months, then month to month with thirty days' notice. The first month is largely testing, and testing looks like failure until the winning angle appears. Judging the account before that is judging the process rather than the results.
How do payments work?
Our fee is billed monthly in advance. Indian clients pay by UPI or bank transfer with a GST invoice; overseas clients pay by international transfer or card in USD, GBP or AED. Ad spend is charged separately by Meta to your own card or account.
Paid social is one channel. Here are the others.
People already searching
Meta creates demand. Google captures it. Most businesses eventually want both, in that order or the reverse depending on the product.
Google AdsThe page behind the ad
Paid social traffic is impatient. A slow or confusing page wastes most of what you paid to send to it.
Website developmentTraffic you stop renting
Ads stop the day the budget does. SEO builds enquiries that keep arriving and gets cheaper per lead over time.
