TikTok Ads management

If it looks like an ad, it has already been scrolled past.

TikTok punishes polish. The ads that sell are the ones that look like something a real person filmed, and they stop working faster than on any other platform. That makes this a production problem before it is a media-buying problem.

For brands selling in the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada and Europe. First reply within one working hour.

  • Built for the platform, not repurposed Facebook creative reposted to TikTok fails almost every time. We shoot for TikTok.
  • New creative weekly, not monthly Ads fatigue in one to two weeks here. Volume is not optional, it is the mechanism.
  • Your ad account, your pixel Everything runs in your own TikTok Business Centre. You keep the data if you leave.

TikTok Ads management at a glance

What it is
Paid advertising on TikTok — native video production, Spark Ads using creator posts, TikTok Pixel and Events API setup, campaign structure, TikTok Shop campaigns where relevant, and a weekly creative testing cycle.
Who it suits
Ecommerce and D2C brands with a visual or demonstrable product, apps, courses and subscription products, and Indian exporters selling to Western markets. Strongest for impulse-friendly price points under about $100.
Markets we run in
United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Southeast Asia and most of Europe — which makes this a strong channel for Indian brands that ship internationally or sell to Western customers.
When results show
First sales often within days. A workable cost per acquisition typically takes four to six weeks, because it depends on finding a hook that works rather than on tuning settings.
What is not included
Your ad spend, paid directly to TikTok. Creator fees and usage rights are quoted separately when a campaign uses them. Organic account posting is a different service.
Pricing model
A monthly management fee plus creative production, quoted in USD, GBP or AED and stated separately from ad spend. No commission on your budget.
Minimum budget
TikTok enforces its own daily minimums at campaign and ad group level, so a realistic starting point is around $1,500 to $2,000 a month in ad spend. Below that there is not enough room to test more than one idea.

The whole job is making things worth watching, fast.

TikTok's algorithm is very good at finding buyers on its own. What it cannot do is make your ad interesting, and it will not keep showing the same one for long.

Native video production

Vertical, sound-on, captioned, shot the way people actually film. Demonstrations, unboxings, before-and-afters and talking-to-camera — not a brand film cropped to nine by sixteen.

Hooks tested in the first second

Most of a TikTok ad's performance is decided before the second second. We write and film several openings for the same idea and let the hold rate decide which one gets the budget.

Spark Ads and creator content

Running ads through a creator's own handle, with proper usage rights, keeps the native look and the social proof attached. We source creators, brief them and handle the permissions.

Pixel and Events API

Browser tracking alone loses a meaningful share of conversions. Server-side events restore the signal TikTok needs to find more buyers and let you see what actually happened.

Campaign structure and automation

Consolidated campaigns that gather enough data to exit learning, with TikTok's automated campaign types used where they earn their place rather than by default.

TikTok Shop, where you sell there

For brands with a Shop in the US or UK, in-app checkout removes a step and usually converts better. We run catalogue and live-shopping campaigns alongside the standard ones.

Why most TikTok accounts fail — and what we will not do to yours.

The failure modes here are different from Meta, and most of them are creative, not technical.

The five usual reasons

  • Facebook creative reposted. Polished, horizontal-thinking, brand-voiced — and skipped instantly by an audience trained to spot it
  • Too few ads. Three creatives a month cannot feed a platform that burns through them in two weeks
  • The hook buries the point, so nobody reaches the part where the product appears
  • Pixel only, no Events API, so conversions go uncounted and the algorithm optimises blind
  • Budget spread thinly across many ad groups, none of which ever exits the learning phase

Things we will not do

  • Run your ads from our own Business Centre so the pixel data leaves with us
  • Take a hidden cut of your ad budget
  • Use a creator's video as an ad without a written usage rights agreement
  • Report views and engagement while going quiet about sales
  • Keep filming variations of a concept the numbers have already rejected

What the first ninety days look like.

The cycle is faster than any other platform. That is an advantage if you can feed it, and a problem if you cannot.

  • Weeks 1–2 Set up and shoot

Business Centre, Pixel and Events API configured and verified. First batch of videos produced across several distinct concepts, not several edits of one.

  • Weeks 3–6 Find the hook

Everything runs, most of it loses. We read hold rate and cost per purchase, cut fast, and keep filming variations of whatever survives.

  • Months 2–3 Scale and bring in creators

Winning concepts get budget and creator versions through Spark Ads. Cost per acquisition settles into a range you can forecast against.

  • Month 4+ Run the production line

New creative ships weekly because it has to. Accounts that stop producing stop performing, usually within a month.

If you can supply raw footage — the workshop, the packing table, a customer using the product — everything gets faster and cheaper. Real material consistently outperforms anything staged.

Three levels, and the difference is how many ads get made.

On TikTok the number of creative concepts you can test each month is the single strongest predictor of whether the account works. The packages step up on exactly that.

Suited ad spend $1,500 – $5,000 per month. $5,000 – $20,000 per month. $20,000 and above.
Videos per month 6–8 across three concepts. 15–20 with hook variations on winners. 30+ on a planned weekly production schedule.
Creators Not included. 2–3 sourced creators with Spark Ads rights. Ongoing creator roster with managed briefs.
Tracking Pixel and standard events. Pixel plus Events API, server-side. Full server-side with value-based and revenue reporting.

Reporting Monthly report on sales and cost per acquisition. Live dashboard, monthly report and a call. All of Growth, plus ROAS reporting and a quarterly plan.

Ad spend is paid by you, directly to TikTok. Our fee is quoted separately after we see your product and the market you are selling into — which costs you nothing.

How we run an account.

Four stages. You see every video before it goes live.

  1. 01

    Check the fit, then plan

Not every product belongs here. We look at your market, your price point and your margins and tell you honestly whether TikTok is the right channel before quoting. If it is, you get a plan with the concepts we intend to test and the cost per acquisition we are aiming for.

    3–5 days
  2. 02

    Tracking, then cameras

Business Centre, Pixel and Events API set up and tested with real events. In parallel we script and produce the first batch, built around genuinely different ideas so the test actually tells us something.

    7–10 days
  3. 03

    Launch, read, cut

Everything runs at once. We watch hold rate, cost per purchase and comments — which on this platform tell you more about objections than any survey — and concentrate spend on what survives.

    Weeks 3–6
  4. 04

    Produce, weekly

New creative every week, creator versions of the winners, and a monthly report in revenue rather than views. When a concept tires, the replacement is already filmed.

    Ongoing

Straight answers to what people ask first.

I am an Indian brand selling to customers abroad. Can I run TikTok ads?

Yes, and it is one of the cheapest ways to reach Western buyers right now. You advertise into the markets where your customers are — the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada or Europe — from a business account registered in India, billed in USD. Exporters, D2C brands shipping internationally, jewellery, apparel, wellness and handicraft sellers all run this way. What matters is that your store, shipping and returns are set up for that market, not where your office is.

Is TikTok only for teenagers?

Not any more. The user base has aged considerably since the early years, and in Western markets a large share of spending users are in their late twenties, thirties and forties. Where it is genuinely weak is high-consideration purchases and most B2B — not because of age, but because nobody books a six-month contract from a video they saw between two dance clips.

TikTok Ads or Meta Ads?

Meta has better targeting history, more reliable attribution and works for a wider range of products. TikTok often has cheaper reach and can produce outsized results when a creative lands, but it demands far more creative volume to keep working. Brands with the capacity to produce video weekly usually do well here. Brands that can manage four ads a month should stay on Meta.

Why do my TikTok ads work for two weeks and then die?

That is the normal lifespan, not a malfunction. Creative fatigue arrives faster on TikTok than anywhere else because the feed moves quickly and the same users see a lot of content. The answer is a production schedule that ships replacements before performance drops, which is why we structure the service around output rather than around account management hours.

Frequently asked questions.

What do you charge to manage TikTok Ads?

A monthly management fee plus creative production, quoted in USD, GBP or AED after we see your product and how much video you need each month. Smaller accounts pay a flat fee; larger ones are usually a percentage of spend, because creative volume scales with budget. The fee is separate from ad spend and stated in writing before you commit.

What is the minimum budget to start?

TikTok applies its own daily minimums at campaign and ad group level, so in practice around $1,500 to $2,000 a month is the floor. That is not us being fussy — below that, you can only afford to test one idea at a time, and one idea is very unlikely to be the right one. Testing several concepts simultaneously is the entire method.

Do you make the videos, or do I need to appear on camera?

We make them, and you do not need to be on camera. Product-focused demonstrations, hands-only footage and creator-fronted videos all work. That said, founders who are willing to talk to camera often outperform everything else, because the platform rewards a real person explaining why they built something.

What are Spark Ads and do I need creators?

Spark Ads run a post from a real account — yours or a creator's — as an ad, keeping the comments, likes and native appearance rather than looking like a brand placement. They usually outperform standard in-feed ads. Creators are not essential to start, but they become the main source of fresh angles once you scale, which is why they are included from the Growth package upward.

Do you handle finding and paying creators?

We source them, brief them and negotiate the usage rights, which is the part that most often goes wrong — running a creator's video as an ad without written permission is a genuine legal risk, not a technicality. Creator fees themselves are paid by you and quoted separately, so you always see what the content cost versus what we charged.

Is TikTok's future in the United States secure?

The long-running divest-or-ban saga was resolved in January 2026, when TikTok's US operations moved into a joint venture majority-owned by US and allied investors, with ByteDance retaining a minority stake. The app remains available and ad buying continues normally. Our general advice has not changed: do not build a business on any single channel, whichever platform it is.

Who owns the ad account and pixel data?

You do. Everything runs inside your own TikTok Business Centre with you as owner and us added as a partner you can remove at any time. The pixel, the audiences and the conversion history stay with you, along with every video we produced.

Can you also run our TikTok Shop?

Where you have a Shop in the US or UK, we run product and catalogue campaigns against it, because in-app checkout removes a step and generally converts better than sending people to a website. Day-to-day Shop operations, listings and fulfilment stay with you or your ecommerce team.

Is there a minimum contract?

Three months, then month to month with thirty days' notice. The first month is almost entirely production and testing, and testing looks like failure until the working concept appears. Three months is the shortest honest window in which you can judge whether the channel suits your product.

How do payments work?

Our fee is billed monthly in advance by international transfer or card in USD, GBP or AED. Indian-registered exporters can pay in INR with a GST invoice. Ad spend is charged separately by TikTok to your own card or account.

Tell us what you sell and where you sell it.

We will tell you honestly whether TikTok suits your product, what a customer should cost you there, and which concepts we would test first. If it is the wrong channel for you, we will say so and point you at the right one. Usually back within two working days.
