We fix what is broken on your site, build the pages your customers are actually searching for, and earn the links that make Google trust you. You watch it happen in your own Search Console — not in a PDF we made.

SEO services at a glance
- What it is
- Ongoing work to make a website appear for the searches its customers actually use — technical fixes, keyword and intent research, pages and content, internal linking, local SEO and link building, measured in Search Console and GA4.
- Who it suits
- Businesses with a website that gets little or no organic traffic, sites that lost rankings after a redesign or an update, and companies whose leads currently depend entirely on paid ads or referrals.
- When results show
- Technical and on-page gains often appear in 4–8 weeks. Competitive keywords typically need 4–6 months of consistent work, and longer in crowded national markets.
- What is not included
- Guaranteed positions, bought links, PBNs and expired-domain tricks. Google Ads management is a separate service, not smuggled into an SEO invoice.
- Pricing model
- A monthly retainer against a written plan, or a one-off fixed-price audit if you only want to know what is wrong. Minimum three months, because anything shorter cannot be judged fairly.
- Reporting
- A monthly report tied to enquiries, calls and revenue where it can be tracked — plus a live dashboard and direct access to the Search Console data behind every number.
- Where we work
- India nationwide, plus clients in the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia and Canada.
Six jobs, in the order that matters.
Most agencies sell one of these and call it SEO. Content with a broken site underneath does not rank. A perfect site with no pages worth ranking has nothing to show. The order is the strategy.
Technical foundation
Crawling and indexing errors, duplicate and thin pages, redirect chains, broken canonicals, Core Web Vitals, mobile rendering and schema. Unglamorous work that quietly decides whether anything else you do can succeed.
Keyword and intent research
What your customers type when they are ready to buy, separated from what they type while browsing. Each term gets mapped to one page with a clear job, so your own pages stop competing with each other.
Pages built to rank and to sell
Service pages, location pages and buying-stage articles written for a human first — with the proof, pricing context and next step that turn a visitor into an enquiry instead of a bounce.
On-page and internal linking
Titles and headings that match real search intent, content gaps closed against whoever currently outranks you, and an internal link structure that pushes authority to the pages that make you money.
Local SEO and the map pack
Google Business Profile optimisation, consistent citations, service-area and city pages, and a review system that keeps running. For local businesses this is usually where the first enquiries come from.
Links and authority
Digital PR, genuine editorial placements, listings that matter and content other sites have a reason to cite. Slower than buying links, and the reason your rankings survive the next core update.
What month one looks like — and what it will never include.
SEO has a trust problem because the work is invisible. So here is the visible version.
In the first thirty days
- A full technical crawl, with every issue ranked by what it costs you
- The critical fixes shipped, not just listed in a document
- Keyword map: every target term assigned to one page
- Competitor gap analysis — what they rank for that you do not
- Google Business Profile cleaned up if you serve a local area
- Tracking verified, so month two is measured against something real
Things we will not sell you
- A guaranteed number one position. Nobody can promise that honestly
- Bought links, PBNs or expired domains that work until they do not
- Reports full of impressions and "keywords improved" and no enquiries
- AI content published in bulk with nobody reading it first
- A twelve-month contract you cannot exit if we underperform
- Traffic from search terms that will never lead to a sale
What to expect, month by month.
Ranges, not promises. Your starting point, your competition and how fast your approvals come back all move these dates.
-
Month 1
Fix and map
Technical errors cleared, tracking made trustworthy, keyword map agreed. Traffic rarely moves yet — this is the month that makes the others possible.
-
Months 2–3
First movement
New and rewritten pages go live. Long-tail terms start ranking, impressions climb, and local businesses usually see the first calls from the map pack.
-
Months 4–6
Enquiries, not just traffic
Money keywords reach page one or close to it. Organic enquiries become a line you can count on rather than a surprise.
-
Months 7+
Compounding
Authority built earlier makes each new page rank faster. This is the point where SEO gets cheaper per enquiry than ads and stays that way.
If month four arrives with nothing to show and no honest explanation for it, you should leave. That is exactly why we do not ask for long contracts.
Three levels. Pick the one that matches your competition.
The right level depends on who you are trying to outrank, not on how big your business is. A single-city plumber and a national D2C brand need very different amounts of work.
| What you get | Local | Growth | Competitive |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Clinics, salons, services and shops competing inside one or two cities. | Service businesses and B2B sites that need steady enquiries from search. | National keywords, ecommerce and crowded markets with funded rivals. |
| Keyword coverage | Around 15–25 local terms plus map pack visibility. | 40–80 terms across service and intent pages. | Full topic coverage, hundreds of terms by cluster. |
| Technical work | One-time fix of critical issues. | Full audit, fixes and monthly health monitoring. | Continuous technical work, log analysis and crawl budget. |
| Content | Homepage plus key service pages optimised. | 2–4 new or rewritten pages a month, written by us. | 6–10 pieces a month with a planned content calendar. |
| Local and reviews | Google profile, citations and review system. | All of Local, plus multi-location or service-area pages. | Included where relevant, with store or branch pages. |
| Links | Local listings and directories only. | Editorial outreach, a few quality links each month. | Digital PR and linkable assets built to attract citations. |
| Reporting | Monthly summary with calls and enquiries. | Live dashboard, monthly report and a call. | All of Growth, plus revenue attribution and a quarterly plan. |
Pricing is quoted after we look at your site and your competition, because the same keyword is easy in one city and brutal in another. The audit that produces that quote costs you nothing and is yours to keep, even if you never hire us.
How we work.
Four stages. Nothing goes live on your site without your approval.
-
01
7–10 days
Audit and plan
We crawl the site, check what you already rank for, study the three competitors beating you and interview you about which customers are actually profitable. You get a written plan with the target keywords, the pages to build and the order of work.
-
02
Weeks 2–6
Fix the foundation
Indexing, speed, structure, schema and internal links. We also make sure tracking is honest before we start claiming credit for anything — bad baseline data is how agencies hide bad months.
-
03
Month 2 onwards
Build pages and earn links
New pages written and published on an agreed schedule, existing ones rewritten where they underperform, and outreach running in the background. You see every piece before it goes live.
-
04
Every month
Report, review, adjust
A monthly report in plain language: what moved, what did not, what we are changing because of it, and what we need from you. Followed by a short call if you want one.
Straight answers to what people ask first.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical and on-page improvements often show within four to eight weeks, usually as more impressions and better positions for terms you already almost ranked for. Competitive keywords normally take four to six months of consistent work. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting keywords nobody searches or using tactics that will cost you later.
Is SEO still worth it now that AI answers questions directly?
It changed shape rather than died. AI answers and Google's AI Overviews are assembled from pages that are crawlable, clearly structured and trusted — so the same work that wins rankings is what gets you cited in an AI answer. What has genuinely shrunk is traffic for simple factual queries. What has not is the searches where someone is choosing a business to hire or buy from, and those are the ones worth having.
Should I run SEO or Google Ads?
Ads if you need enquiries this week and have budget to keep paying for them. SEO if you want a channel that gets cheaper per enquiry over time and keeps working when you stop spending. Most businesses under pressure should run ads while SEO builds, then reduce ad spend as organic enquiries take over. The two are not rivals — ad data also tells us which keywords actually convert, which makes the SEO plan sharper.
My rankings dropped suddenly. What now?
First we work out which of the three usual causes it is: a Google core update, something that broke on your site during a redesign or plugin change, or a manual action in Search Console. Each has a different fix, and guessing wastes months. A drop that started on a specific date usually points to an update or a site change, and Search Console history tells us which within an hour.
Frequently asked questions.
What does SEO cost per month in India?
Serious local SEO generally starts around ₹20,000–30,000 a month, national and ecommerce work runs considerably higher, and anything under ₹10,000 usually buys a report generator rather than a person doing work. We quote after seeing your site and your competition, because the same keyword can be easy in one city and expensive in another. The quote is fixed monthly with no surprise line items.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Three months minimum, then month to month with thirty days' notice. The three months are not a trap — the first month is largely repair work that shows little movement, and judging SEO before the second or third month is judging an empty scoreboard. After that, staying should be your choice every single month.
What happens to the rankings if I stop?
Everything already built stays: the fixes, the pages, the links, the authority. Those keep ranking, though they slowly decay as competitors keep publishing. What stops is new growth. This is the honest difference between SEO and ads — ads switch off the day you stop paying, SEO fades over months rather than overnight.
Who writes the content, and will it sound like a robot?
We write it, and a person edits everything before it goes to you. We use AI for research and outlines the way any sane team does in 2026, but published pages are written to be read by your customer, checked for accuracy and matched to how you actually talk. You approve every piece before it goes live, and if something sounds wrong for your business, it gets rewritten rather than argued about.
What access do you need to my website?
Search Console, Google Analytics, your Google Business Profile and an editor or admin login for the site. If your developer prefers to make the changes, we can hand over specific instructions instead — it is slower, but plenty of clients work that way. All access is on your accounts, and you can remove us at any time without anything breaking.
How do I know the work is really being done?
Every change is logged with a date, and every claim in the report traces back to data in your own Search Console or GA4, which you keep access to throughout. You can see new pages appear, crawl errors fall and positions move without taking our word for it. If a number in a report cannot be verified in your own account, do not accept it from any agency.
Do you do link building, and what kind?
Yes — editorial placements, digital PR, industry directories that real people use, and content designed to be cited. We do not buy links, use private blog networks or run mass guest posting on sites that exist only to sell links. Those work briefly and then cost you far more to clean up than the rankings were worth.
Can you work with my existing developer or marketing team?
Often that is the best setup. We handle strategy, content and technical specifications, your team ships the changes, and we verify each one after it goes live. We will tell you plainly when something your team wants would hurt search performance, and then we will build whatever you decide.
How do payments work?
Billed monthly in advance. Indian clients pay by UPI or bank transfer with a GST invoice; overseas clients pay by international transfer or card in USD, GBP or AED. A one-off audit, if that is all you want, is paid once and comes with a call to walk you through it.
Not sure SEO is the piece you need?
The site itself is the problem
Slow, dated or confusing. No amount of SEO fixes a site that visitors leave before it finishes loading.
